Now, considering that Hawk is now hankering after a good steak, what are your best recipes? I'm partial to the German method - marinating with beer on a BBQ...

hummmm...beer and steak together
I useally just throw it in a skillet with a little of butter...I do not have a grill and I tend to be to lazy to wait for it to marinate.
