Today a friend let me know that the last harry potter book wil be released in july, and its name is harry potter and the deathly hallows, it is just great, can't wait.

yeah I really enjoyed Harry Potter up the "The Goblet of Fire"...after that the storyline declined and they were just plain boring...
I will most likely end up reading this book in due time but I am not looking forward to it or anything...it is more like a book that I would pick up if I got stuck in a airport (which seems to happen to me a lot).

I have gotten a pre-order for this book, and am really excited for it. I really like closure for my stories, and I am praying that is what this book will bring.

What I really like though, is how J.K. is handling the whole 'keeping it under wraps' thing. She knows exactly what to say and what not to say in interviews.

I've heard the manuscript of this book has hit the net.  I also heard about the so called ending, which I won't spoil just incase it is true, and I will say that I'm not a fan of the books the size of dictionaries, but I do enjoy the movies.  I'm lazy when it comes to reading and still have yet to get into the books.

Oh god, I'm sorry but I hate all the Harry Potter movies with a venom. It's like they took all the good parts of the books and cut it all out, leaving just a flimsy story line, and then bastardizing the whole thing. Sorry, that's how much I hate the movies.

I read the first 4 and then stopped. I couldn't handle it anymore, it had gone to the dogs. J.K Rowling is one of the richest author's and the richest female's in the world and it really pisses me off because the books aren't very original in my opinion. It's fine if you guys like it, but I don't.

Also I'm fed up of the abuse I get for not reading them or liking them. I said it to a friend in a book shop once and the occupants looked like they were going to spit on me for not being a fanatic. *sigh*

On the other hand I love the books, they're totally awsome, i think the same about the movies, i like them, but the take a lot of the good story out, that's way i prefer to read the books first and then watch the movie, I don't have credit crad, so i can't pre-order it, but I will totally buy it as soon as it hits libraries.

I certainly won't spit on you for your opinion. The series has gotten an entire generation into reading, so I could never hate these books. My question to you is, why do you think the books are unoriginal?

Honestly, I would absolutely love the series if it weren't for book 5. For some reason, I just can't read through it without feeling bored out of my mind. It felt more like one of those filler episodes from a bad anime, but with that little tidbit aside, I look at book 7 with great anticipation.  Cheesy I just hope the book isn't cliche ridden.

P.S. Nuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!11!! Harry mustn't d13!1!!11!
