If you have firefox, just update it to 2.0.0.1 and you can get the RSS feeds

IE7 RSS works much the same way Firefox does.  In fact, it seems to be one of the many things IE 'borrowed' from Firefox.

Anyway, without turning this into yet another IE vs Firefox debate, IE7 does work well with the RSS feeds.  If a site has a feed posted as available, the little orange antenna logo shows up.  Click it, and it brings you to the RSS.  Then you have the option of 'subscribing' to the feed.  If you do so, it is saved in a list of feeds between your Favorites and History.
