Couldn't Spidey use this new stinger things? Just tear up Hulks eyes, and let that be that.

He's fast enough, and isn't it only the Hulks skin that is impervious to bullets and the like?

spidy can't do anther metamorphasis b/c it plays on the spider shedding its skin ONCE in its life time... but then again, its comics and heros always do find a way of coming back... but then the same rules would apply for the Hulk...

Uh, ANOTHER metamorphasis? The stingers are new powers because of the transformation. Permanent until the event is ruthlessly retconned out of existance.

Actually, back in Amazing Spider-Man a couple of years back, Spidey was fighting a gamma-powered baddie and beat him. He said he has a theory on how to beat the Hulk, but it would kill Hulk. It's just a theory though and has yet to be tested.

What?  I know that the stingers are b/c of the transformation... but its mainly because he was beaten within an inch of his life by Morlin, who can, by the way, get owned by the hulk.  His entire transormation that just happened only happens ONCE in his life.  But you know, how strong is spiderman now that he's gotten a strength boost?  Its still not enough to beat Hulk fist to fist... but it is a boost... imagine spiderman's current strength enhanced by the symbiote...

Actually, if you think about it this is exactly the same as the Batman vs. Superman debate:
one is super strong and invulnerable, the other is agile and smart. So, it would probably go down the same as a Superman vs. Batman fight, i.e. if the fight just spontaneously occurred the Hulk would win through sheer brute force (or it would just be an draw if he couldn't actually catch Spiderman), but if there was time for Spiderman to prepare he'd probably find a way to win.
Also, the last comic I saw that had the Hulk in it was long ago during the D.C./Marvel crossover, but at the time it seemed he could willingly assume Hulk form and still retain Banner's consciousness. In which case, Spidey might have some trouble with the outsmarting thing.
Anyway, that's my not-quite-fanboy take.
I think more interesting would be Batman vs. Spiderman (as we've already seen Hulk vs. Superman). Batman would definitely beat Spiderman, but it would still be entertaining fight-wise and dialogue-wise.

im not sure if Batman would win against Spiderman, everyone seems to forget his spidersense... it would make a good match though... and Superman beat the Hulk in the VS series that lead to the Amalgum series...

oooo~ my bad when it was the green goblin the comic was ultimate spiderman (in my defence he looked like the hulk...for a while) but there is a part where spidey doesn't win nor lose but kinda drawish tie thing...(hulk reverts back to bruce) it was in ultimate marvel team up

Sorry for the thread revival but I was listening to a song by Tripod with the lyrics-

I guess that Spiderman's advantage would be his web,
And his manual dexterity.
But then again, the Hulk's endurance is limitless,
And he's stronger than Spidey would be...

Thats from the song "Hot girl in the comic shop" Tongue Wink
