We have seen plenty of Batman vs. Superman threads, so lets try something different Tongue

My vote goes to Spidey for this reason: Mr. Parker and the Hulk are incredibly strong, but Spiderman is extremely agile and very smart, so he would discover a way to take down the Hulk, as opposed to the Hulk just smashing everything in his way.

Spidey wins simply because he can keep the hulk busy until the big green guy cools off and turns back into Bruce Banner.

Agreed. Plus Spidey is strong in his own right and too fast for the Hulk.

ah, but the Hulk could get angrier and angrier and grow and grow... then all he needs to do is swat at spiderman. interesting... i'd say it would be an interesting fight, but, how would they even hurt each other? webbing isnt going to stop the Hulk, and the Hulk can't catch Spidey, so...

They're both scientists, which is to say that they could both probably figure out some way to harm the other (spider-man always turns to his science skills when in doubt).

The only problem i can see is that spider-man CAN die. The Hulk probably can too, but not as easily, I would imagine, since bullets and other projectiles bounce off of him, just making him angry and bigger.

it would be a good fight.

Isn't Banner permanently Hulk these days?

Hmmm if he is than Spidey's going to need to find his weakness as the hulk. Doesn't he not have one or something?

Not sure... he always seems to resist bullets and shells, and throws tanks around for fun in the movie.... he must need food at some point to fuel that large size and cell-multiplication, so maybe you could starve him? a constant stream of webbing to the face?

Well in the movie they did kind of have him locked up as the hulk for a bit... And the webbing is supposed to be stronger than metal isn't it?

Depends. Are we talking Movie Spider-man vs. Movie Hulk, or Comic vs. Comic? If so, Spiderman would run out of webbing, since in the comics, he makes his own, instead of squirting it out of his wrists.

Yes, the webbing is supposed to have the strength of the cables holding up bridges, i think, but in SP2, all of his webbing snapped while he was attempting to stop the L-train from diving off it's tracks. So an infinitely-growing Hulk could probably snap it easily enough.

I'm gonna go with Spidey on this, simply because he's fast enough to dive out of the way so Hulk can't ever land a punch. If Hulk could hit Spidey, Spidey would get his ass kicked.

That'd make him suck a lot more than he already does. Since the Hulk's nothing more than a caveman with a tad more muscles and a weird skintone.

Something I've noticed about spidey is that he's prone to the occasional mistake.  If he makes one and the Hulk gets him...SNAP.

wait, which spidey?  the new modified one that died and came back and now has new powers or the original one?  at any rate, i'm not sure... Hulk is actually quite fast, despite his large bulky appearance... I believe that they did fight once... but im not sure and im not sure of the outcome... but yea... it is hard to tell... again, 2 many conditions...

Even if the Hulk managed to kill Spiderman, Spidey would just come back. He has been presumed dead several times and he recently went through a metamorphases when he actually did die the last time. So theoriticaly, if Hulk did kill Spiderman, Spidey could come back even more powerful and kick Hulk's chlorophile infested @$$.
