Ok so my buddy put this up on his blog one time and I just wanted to see what the rest of you thought.  I feel the answer is pretty obvious but I tried to come up with the best response possible, and here it is:
Winner: Galactus
Seriously man the guy eats PLANETS!  What does Wolverine even eat? He's Canadian so he probably eats alot of beef jerky and drinks alot of beer.  Not that there's any thing wrong with jerky and beer, but it just doesn't compare to eating a planet. Have you ever eaten a planet? I have, and there's no greater feeling in the universe, especially when you have the knoweldge that by eating just one planet you've practicaly endangered an entire solar system, by sending the gravitaional pull all out of wack and such.  But back on track, Wolverine, although he is a bad ass, and although, the good guy has to win in a true comic book battle, in real life Galacticus would destroy Wolverine in a second, I think he would just eat earth and be done with it.  Or if he really wanted to be tricky he'd eat Mercury and have the rest of the planets pulled closer to the sun, thus killing every one on the planet and ending this debate.

I think the bigger question is where Galactus uses the bathroom and how big the can of air-freshener is...

there is no way wolverine could win over galactus.
he is huge, eats planets, and the guy can shoot rays out of any extremity of his body  Tongue

Though Galactus is lame, there is no way Wolverine could beat him.

(also, us crazy canadians don't eat jerky. but everyone i know does drink alot.)

Yea, I agree, Galactus would just step on poor Wolvie. He wouldnt have a chance.

And does Galactus actually eat the whole planet? Or does he just suck all the life energies from them. I dont remember..

I think the bigger question is where Galactus uses the bathroom and how big the can of air-freshener is...
Black holes man! He carries one around like a portapottie.Well, not really but it would be amusing

Better question - What if he got food poisoning? And how would he get it anyways? Eating "Pupulon" the planet of puppies, probably?

the only reason wolverine is a little arguable is his skeleton, healing factor, and claws, so that he might claw his way out of galactus.  that might take a while, though, i mean SHIT its GALACTUS.

how messed up would wolverine have to be before he could heal himself though?  i read one comic (can't remember what it was, but it wasn't an x-comic) where he took a point-blank shotgun blast to the face and came back.  i think he might be able to be smashed to bits and still come together...  like T-1000

Bah Galactus the man would simply eat the flesh from Wolverine's body and pick his teeth with the claws/bones.  Have you ever used an adimantium tooth pick?  Wooden tooth picks will never seem to measure up again.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Healing_factor

And for those who don't want to read the article:

Quote
Wolverine (either metahuman regenerative or superhuman regenerative, depending on writer and continuity)

Superhuman Regenerative: able to regenerate injured tissues and brain cells to an extraordinary degree, but not able to regenerate missing limbs or organs;

Metahuman Regenerative: able to regenerate injured or missing brain cells, tissue, limbs or organs

Come on, serriously, no one could face galactus wrath (except Thor, the fantastic four a couple of times, aunt may... ) Wolverine is the toughest, but a planet eater is a planet eater

Kos: If Logan took a point-blank shot to the face, other than maybe some shot going through the eyes at a funky angle, all it would hit is adamantium, so it's quite literally just a flesh wound. ^_^

Wolvie can die from damage as long as you hit him hard enough and quickly enough. If I remember correctly, he died in Days of Future's Past from sustained blasts from multiple Sentinels. Since he ain't no Gambit or Spider-man, he isn't that agile, so it would be easy for Galactus to nail him. Of course, Galactus could also drop him into a blackhole or into a star. =P
