I think my fav of all books is where they go to Uberwald and meet the Igor's.
Carpe Jugulum

well there was another one were Vimes when to Uberwald, it had something to do with the Clacks and there was Igor's in that one // I think it was the Fifth Elephant

Yeah he seems to go in cycles. I'm sure he'll find a new one later, maybe the D'Regs or something...

Bought it the day it came out  Cheesy  I did like that one, since the plot seems to pull one way and then go off completly differently from where I expected.  Then again, I really should know better than to even attempt to call where the plot is headed...

I think my favorite line from the series is the one out of Thud! where Vimes is yelling "Hruggghhh!!!"  Great mental pictures.

And what is with the 2pt font crap?  If it is worth saying, it is worth saying in a readable font.
F*cking well put.
That stuff pisses me off, a lot.

Wikipedia on Discworld and upcoming books in the series.

I don't know though. I don't have the money nor the space to get all the discworld books although I got the three Science of Discworld books (well, two. but the third's on the way).

By the way. Scotty. I'm curious. Which of the Watch characters do you like the least? I personally don't like Colon and Nobby much.

oh you don't need _that_ much space to get all of the books:
although, yes, money is more of a problem if you're looking at going out and getting them all in one go - it's much easier when it's just buying one a year, or getting them as xmas or birthday presents

Yeah, they can be a bit annoying. Colon is a bit of a sod but Nobby is funny as hell I think... The bit in the Hogfather where he sits on deaths lap and gets his crossbow... Hehehe that made me laugh.

lol
well, i've been reading Pratchett since his 3rd book came out in paperback.
And ever since Wyrd Sisters i've got them in hardback when they've come out as a xmas or birthday present. of course, now that i work, i can afford to buy them as soon as they're released, and track down the early ones in hardback on ebay... but that's just me being obsessive compulsive and having to have the complete set

So I am a Pratchett nerd:  Meet Greebo.  He is about 4 months old now and into everything.  He does not look at all like my mental image of the *real* one in the series, but somehow, it fits.
