Marty could not be the Future Doc Brown. Ever. Two incarnations of a human can't see each other at the same time if one is temporally displaced. Maybe nothing would happen. Maybe the unverse would implode. Just don't do it. Jesus, this is basic, people! And Michael J. Fox, while extremely talented, is no Christopher Lloyd.

At this point you don't seem to get it either. Michael J. Fox wants to play Doc Brown which means he'd be a younger version of the Doc. In other words, Doc pre-1985 which means Marty would still be in primary school at that time, played by someone else if he's even in the movie.

How old was Doc in 1985 anyway?

I'd have to agree, the Von Braun's didn't go to Hill valley until the 1920's? or was it 30's?

I think, even though it was an awesome trilogy, that they should leave it be. Some things aren't meant to return.

Thank you. That basically sums up what I was going to say.

I think a lot of syndicated cartoons should've quit a long time ago, while they were still kinda good. Also, the way Denis Leary explains how someone should've assassinated Elvis in 1959, so we could remember him in a good way, not as the thrice-as-heavy toilet terminated.

I already bought the BTTF trilogy DVDs. They won't get any more money out of me, not by messing everything up and excreting this crap. But Hollywood never knows when to quit, do they? Not with Underworld 2 and Son Of The Mask, and far more horrible sequels than good initial movies. A good place to become nauseated and tarnish your soul lies here.
