Hey, I'm Beorn. I'm a second-year student at Cal Poly in, well, California... ;-) I stumbled on AG several months ago (probably on a link from MacHall, I think) and have been hooked ever since.

I must say that thanks to AppleGeeks, the "shotgun game" is now an integral part of our weekend shopping trips... Fortunately for myself, I'm the one usually driving. We actually printed out those two issues and hung them up on our wall in the living room, and all our friends (and family) read them when they come over.

Oh, and a quick "hey" and big "thanks" to Hawk, Anath, Em, and Naku in case they're reading this!

Hey folks.  My name is Drew, and I'm from Ansonia, CT.

This is only the second forum I've become a part of, the first one being over at Least I Could Do.

I don't quite remember how I found this comic - maybe at MacHall, maybe Paradox Lost, maybe VG Cats.  I dunno.  But I'm a big fan - love the artwork, love the humor.

As soon as I found out the forum had started up, I decided to join.  I figured it'd be awesome to try to help build a community, rather than join an already existing one.

I'm a huge music fan - rock, metal, blues, jazz, but mostly progressive stuff.  I work in a used CD store too, so I'm exposed to alot of different tunes.  I'm hoping that maybe at some point, if the demand is there, we can get a music forum going, so I can be a bit more active there.

I spent quite some time doing martial arts, and am currently looking to make time to get back into the sport.

I also play guitar in a progressive metal band.

That's about it!

Hola all, I'm an almost 18 senior in highschool. I live in Michigan, what fun hun? I'm a basic art, and graphic design student. I'm a long time gamer since my dad bougt me my nintendo and played mario with me for hours. I tend to watch anime when I can, though not being 18 makes it hard to rent some of them.

I've been reading AG since the 4th comic, and have loved it since. Keep up the good work Hawk, and Anath.

Well I'm done with think now. I'll be goin,   that a way. Adios.

Hey guys, I'm Kypt from USA.  I am in college (CSCI) and I got introduced to Applegeeks by a link in little-gamers.  Been a fan ever since.

I love anime, games, and to go out w/ friends.  I am currently into UT2003 mainly.  I'm a 1 game gamer but I put my dedication on it to be "good".  Try to make time for it from school and two jobs (I'm poor Sad). I listen to most kinds of rock, specially a latin band called "Mago de Oz" which mixes Rock and Celtic music.

Thats about it Smiley

*Waves*
Names Tom, live in the South Eastern part of the UK - that being somewhere near Cambridge.
Currently trugging my way through a second year going into third in Sixth Form, taking Art+Design Design Technology and ICT. Wonderfully boring as it is, I believe I'm doing moderately good but I'd be surprised to get higher than a single C, heh.
Not quite 18 yet but I will be in a few months, I watch all types of anime and like every moment of it and the same applies for Manga, really.
I'm a huge fan of the FPS and RPG game genre's and I run from a PC, not a Mac ^^;
Not that I have anything against Mac's, they're just too goddamn expensive ^^

heya everyone,

i'm steven (you may just call me maccie) from zurich, (not the capital of) switzerland. soon to be 23 years old and currently a tech supporter for a big telco company.

i'm mostly into IT, macs in particular (i own an original imac, a g4 cube and a titanium powerbook), anime, manga, video games and such. your average geek... Grin
I don't despise a well done meal and am a fan of various genres of movies.

got to read applegeeks on a regular basis, after being a little-gamers reader for quite some time, due to hawk's unique style and ananth spiffy writing ( guys!).

i'm looking forward to have a good time here.
