really, most of those books are bad because they advocate the forced removal of a persons private property. Certain aspects of them like feminism and a secular state with religious freedom are fine. But the fact is private property is the basis of all rights. If you own private property, say your house, than you have freedom. If i own land, i can do almost anything i want on it. As long as they do not intrude on a persons right to life, and liberty. In other words, i can't kill or enslave them. But i can make them wear goofy  sliippers and disney mouse ears. But if i live on public property which is not mine own, then whoever is in control of that property controls what i can do because its their property. Now of course, someone will argue that beacuse its collective, that its fair. But thats the problem. Lets say 51% of the collective don't want smart people to sleep in beds. If all land is public as communism ascribes, then the other 49% of the collective is discriminated against and powerless. Under a realitvely libertarian society, people can buy land. And most land would be private, if not almost all land.

Sorry if that was confusing. Its 10:45 PM and i just finished 3 essays for HS AP English, AP US History and AP Bio.

I knew it was wrong, but I did it anyway.

just because a person has private property, doesn't mean that it can't be used for public use.  just use these as examples:

i'm not saying you're wrong, it's just that this is what came to mind when i read it.
