i checked those links you guys putted
but can't seem to find any that do with animating cartoons with flash...


I hate using tweening everytime to make draw things  :oops:



Anyone got any good tutorial on them?...

Hm......try this place.  Specifically here.  It's a pretty huge Flash Game Dev. place.  It's mostly about making games in flash but you'll probably be able to find some good info on cartooning in flash as well.
