Is anyone reading this series? I was just wondering if you are into comics, did you notice issue #8 second print had a sketch cover of Batman, Superman and the "new girl in town". I think it would be neet if hawk inked and colored this the way he left it should be done.

You guys need to read #17 and hell #16 too or you probably won't understand it. #17 is about a world with about batman because they go back to the past when Bruce's parents were killed and he kills the guy that shot his parents before they were harmed. So now there is no batman, and that leads to all kinds of problems and basically shows what the world would be like with out batman there to save the day. Anyway if your a superman or batman fan this is a great series to pick up.

superman/batman OWNS!!! i swear, this is the best idea in comics since john stewart (the black green lantern)! my fave issues were 1-7 (Public Enemies Arc; i hav the graphic novel) and the current story arc; 20-25 (With a Vengeance!)... the best artist on the series is definitely Ed McGuinness. i'd luvv to see hawk work on this series eventually. I swear... it was only a matter of time before DC teamed up the two greatest heroes of all time in their own comic... The first two ever; The Man of Steel and The Dark Detective!

I think that you are the first person i have heard say that McGuinness is the best artist on this series. I don't know anyone else who doesn't think that Turner's work was the best so far. and I manage a comic shop so I know a lot of people who read this book.

but then again, a lot of ppl are waaaay sucked into the anime craze and turner's work as great as it is, does tend to lean towards anime in some respects where mcguiness' doesn't. i just bought the Supergirl story arc graphic novel and it's great but i still prefer mcguiness to any one else... call me crazy an i wont deny it!

I think Ed McGuiness is a great artist. I'm also into manga, very much, but Mc Guiness takes a very particular point between it and traditional american drawing. I enjoyed very much the Deadpool series, it was awesome...
