I've been wanting to get a tablet for a while (using a mouse just ain't going to cut it with my work load now) and was wondering what you think is the best available one that isn't too expensive. (under 100$ is ideal i can go up to 120 though) I was looking at this one-

Any ideas or opinons?

For under $100, you can't get any better than a Wacom Graphire3. Smiley However, I'd personally recommend saving up a few extra bucks to get the larger, 6x8 Graphire3 Wacom makes. The extra space allows you to be more natural with your hand movements while drawing.

Also, when you do purchase your tablet, keep a this in mind:

- Your first work with the tablet will probably leave you frustrated. For most people, it takes a while to get used to drawing on such a smooth, textureless surface. It's also a hard transition to force yourself to stare at the screen and NOT your pencil. It'll take time.

I have a yummy Wacom Intuos 2... and it does so much more than help me draw.  It also speaks to me.  It tells me I'm a good artist.

And that I better learn how to use PS7 a little better or it'll be a huge waste of money.  Cry

It still makes me happy, though.
