Wondered if someone could spell this out for me.  I've just got a new iMac, but being new to Macs don't really understand things.  I want to sync my iPhone to my Mac so I can copy music from my phone (already stored on there), copy the calendars etc. 

I use voiceover too because I'm blind, so please make it simple.

PS ment to say I have something called mobileme, but I can't seem to get that to link in either.  Not sure if that was relevant - as I say new to this.
