I'm saving up to buy a Mac. Been wanting to for a long time. I was wondering what would be a good starter Mac for someone new to the Apple line of computers without breaking the bank. Thanx!

Yeah, my first Mac was a laptop and I feel in love with that thing.

If you have spare monitor you could get a Mac Mini. Those things are pretty fast but obviously you wouldn't be able to move around with it like a laptop.
