Hi everyone, i just wanted to ask if you are having the same problem as me.... some days ago i just can't find the option of watching the video in HD, i just can't find the button nor the link.... so do you know what is it or is it just me?Huh

It is only available on some videos. I don't know how it quite works though.

If you add &fmt=18 to the end of the url it usually kicks it into stereo and slightly higher quality.

i know it is only in some videos, and all my favorites were HD, but i can't see the button any more, also i know about the URL trick, but people is not supposed to know that, and i can't just try that with every new video, it was easier with the button, so any one knows what happend with it?

I still see the button on most of the videos I go to. Are you using Greasemonkey or something?

If you're signed in to YouTube, set a user preference to always load HD if available. Then it will be automatic, even for videos embedded on another site.

Added bonus: SafariStand will still rip HD videos out of the Safari cache, and they're .mp4!
