Life taken = work work

Okay... I've been waiting for this CD since like... 2005, no lie.  It's like how long I waited for a sequel to Warcraft II, and disappointment after disappointment when Blizzard canceled every hope and dream, till Warcraft III was released (I nearly cried).

Anyways, I found Zeromancer when I was looking for a picture of the street sign ZZYZX because I've physically seen it and wanted to show it to a friend so he could see the absurdity, and Zeromancer has an album named ZZYZX, thus I checked it out from curiosity.  The opening song on their site caught my attention.  It was something about the grungy industrial that gave me a craving that I wanted to satisfy so terribly... I would periodically check back to their site to either give a little nibble to that craving... hoping that they'd post some news about a new CD in the works, being released, whatever, and a few months back, my periodic searches bore fruit.  hurray.

I gotta admit, Zeromancer's music isn't the best.  Some songs are extremely catchy and others make my ears bleed.  the song Sinners International isn't one of the songs that make my ears bleed.  I'm still debating on buying the album or just buying the song.  I'd hate to waste ten dollars for one song...

soo... any other ZMR fans? moderately or otherwise?

The first and second versions are a little different, the vocals droned into the music (the final version was redone to where you can hear vocals better) and the music... I can't really explain it, heh... I'm still debating which version I like best, the one released or the one the previous versions, however the final version has much more needed polish than the greasy-grungy original.

http://www.myspace.com/zeromancer1 -- Stay Sinners Demo, first 15 seconds is one of the first versions...
