Right well these are the places i usually go to get my flash help.

http://www.flashkit.com/  this is by far the best.  they have tutorials, boards, images, movies, and a shit load of free fonts... i mean like thousands. also most of the tutorials you get come with source files. that's how i do what i do.

http://www.actionscript.org,com/  great for tutorials, though people who have tutorials on here tend to have them on flashkit.com but this places has them in a nice list. all of the tutorials here have source files.

http://www.actionscript.com/reference  this place explains all the little bits and pieces of actionscripting.  all the little functions you have no clue what they are, this place tells you.

For the most part, flashkit is outdated. Sure it's simple and can be done in flash 4+, but think of how many millions of other people have done that since it was first released.

I personally prefer actionscript.org, it's a lot more up to date.
