In Finder in OS X, command-option 3 does nothing. In Expose, it does nothing. In iChat, it gives me an error sound... and does nothing. In Safari, it takes me to
http://www.mac.com
.
Thats probably because the correct key-combination is command-
SHIFT
-3
EDIT: beat me to it, bitch. Now I have to think of something to add to this...
.. ah yes! Check out Grab in your utilities folder. Same thing, but more options.

*sigh* I used Grab. I also have a copy of Snapz Pro that came bundled with my Mac. I have plenty of other ways to do screen-cap. Hell, even motion-cap.
shift-command-3 is working at the moment. It (and any other combination I tried) was NOT working in the past. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with modifying settings in Snapz...
Meh, doesn't matter, it's working now
.
Next big question: has anyone managed to get the Grab menu in Services to be anything but greyed out? I've yet to find an application that it likes. It doesn't even like Finder.

Hey, stigmate, resize the picture down to 612 pixels wide so it dosen't mess up the forum. Its also in the forum rules, so is something about backseat moderation, so ummmm...... this is a request not and order :?
