Top 5 Records

I thought this would be an interesting thing to do, High Fidelity style. Just list your top 5 albums. Two rules:
1. The order doesn't have to be exact, but there has to be
only 5
. None of this "Well, number 5 could be this or that or the other...", make a decision.
2. Try to make it something you'll stick with. This is something long term, not what 5 albums you happen to be listening to this week. Try to think if you'll put the same albums up there this time next year, or would you have this time last year?
there's nothing to say you can't change your mind, but please edit your 5 instead of posting more and more top 5's.
Oh, and if you haven't seen or read High Fidelity, go do it now!

1. The Jimi Hendrix Experience - Electric Ladyland
2. Ice Cube - The Predator
3. The Black Mages - THE BLACK MAGES
4. N.W.A - Straight Outta Compton
5. FLCL Original Soundtrack Vol. 1 (Addict) & FLCL Original Soundtrack Vol. 2 (King of Pirates) - The Pillows
(I judge the last one as one album, because you've gotta listen to both in order to get the full effect)

3. Incubus - Make Yourself.
This was a great album, btw. I love old school incubus AND the new stuff. I've been hearing a lot of hate, especially on the "morning view" album. Light Grenades is frikken awesome though. I own all their albums.

1. MeatLoaf - Bat Out Of Hell III: The Monster Is Loose*
2. Inkubus Sukkubus ** - Vampire Erotica
3. Inkubus Sukkubus - Heartbeat Of The Earth
4. Greenday - Dookie
5. MeatLoaf - Bat Out Of Hell II: Back Into Hell
I am an Inkubus Sukkubus and Meat Loaf maniac :3 Just as i thought i had all of inkubus sukkubus' 10 albums when i got Witchqueen (it was hard to get a hold of), they went ahead and announced another album <.< =p
* The Three Bats have the best album art in the world, it's a scientific fact.
** Inkubus Sukkubus shouldn't be confused with incubus. They were once known as Incubus Succubus but changed their name to avoid confusion, even though they came about before incubus did <.<

morning view i great, not a fan of Crow and haven't really heat Light Grenades because of it. saw them live recently and none of the new songs really blew me away tbh.
think i might have to swap out Millencolin with Apartment 26 - Music For The Massive. Swing metal ftw!

1. Gorillaz - Demon Days
2. Nine Inch Nails - Pretty Hate Machine
3. The Doors - Doors
4. Bob Marley - Exodus
5. Various Artists - The Limitless Potential
Each of these albums are completely amazing. when iTunes is on shuffle, when pretty much any song from one of these albums comes on, i won't skip it.
Demon Days is just a simply amazing album and i love how the Gorillaz are an animated band, the songs sound amazing through a good stereo system and even better when played on vinyl.
Pretty Hate Machine is Trent Reznor at his best, I'm working on completing my collection of his albums starting from the most recent singles to the first Halo,The Down In It EP. I'm just sorry i didn't discover NIN sooner....
The Doors is one of my all time favorites and i plan on visiting Jim Morrison's grave as soon as i can. the only problem is it's in France. ><;
Exodus is the album of my life, and Three Little Birds would define the theme. "don't worry, about a thing, cause every little thing, gonna be alright"
The last album, The Limitless Potential, is mostly there as filler. it's a remix album full of Nine Inch Nails songs, done by the community, bringing a whole new light to a bunch of really good songs. i love the innovativeness of it.

In no particular order:
Third Eye Blind (self titled)
Radiohead - Pablo Honey
The Eagles - Hotel California
Sublime (self titled)
Pink Floyd - The Best of Pink Floyd
Third Eye Blind simply because I have the most emotional attachment to it, and can listen and sing along to all the songs at any time. Love it.
Radiohead because.. I mean, come on, it's Radiohead. These guys rock so much. They have so much range in their genre, and can go from really rocking out to smoothly delivering a soothing song.
The Eagles because I simply love this album. To me, it's a timeless, classic masterpiece, and no matter how many times I listen to it, no matter how many times I sing along to Hotel California, I still get chills down my spine during the guitar solos and the melody. Pure rock and roll.
Sublime simply because I felt I had to add something non-rock to this group, and I love their style and the sound of this album. It never gets old.
Pink Floyd. Hahah, I picked the Best Of album just because I could only add one album, and there are many favorites of mine from a couple different albums, so there.
