I tried to access the previous comic from the side-panel on the main page just now, and the link just led to the image instead of bringing up the in-window display (Lightbox, if I'm not mistaken?  I'm going to refer to it by that name, because I'm pretty sure that's what the display is based on).

I'm using Safari 2.0.4, with Javascript enabled.  Lightbox still works in Firefox 1.5 and 2.0, Camino, and Opera 9.0, but I can't think of any settings that I've changed in Safari that would disrupt the script.  Other JavaScript-enabled sites still function normally.  I'm also pretty sure that I was using this version of Safari the last time I went through the archives, and Lightbox was certainly working then.

it happens to me somtimes aswell im usin IE6 (still only got my pc damn).
gotta wait for my mac.

But it happens to me when i don't let all the images thumbnails open up b4 accesing a comic.

Just to clarify: this problem persists after all page elements have loaded.

To the best of my knowledge, Flamin Pheonix, the script they're using to display the floating images only activates after the page is fully loaded.  This is a known limitation of the Lightbox script, but what's affecting me seems to be unrelated (although the result is similar).
