Hey gang...

I know how to make an animated GIF with images but my boss wants me to make a "special" video avatar for his kids' MySpace page and I haven't got a clue. The video is of footage of his kid playing at a concert.

Closest thing I've found was a product called Video Avatar 2.2 from GeoVid. But it's a PC-only program and we're a Mac shop.

If anyone has any experience making these video avatars and/or signatures, can you please e-mail me off-list at chris.flick@drcs.com or chrisflick@csfgraphics.com please?

I figured I'd check in the Flash section since this project solution might be related to Flash and Video.

Thanks!

Invincibility is absolute. Security is relative.

Is this the same post you put in the Mac-ish talk board?

As I said on that one, just import a video into flash, and export it as an animated gif.

Very simple. Smiley
