Hey guys, I'm loving the smack book. I was wondering if there was a way you could make it so you have to hold down shift while you smack it, so just random bumps into the table or whatever wouldn't switch the desktops.

smackbook works perfectly on my macbook, the only problem is that when I shut down terminal, it doesn't work anymore, and then when i turn on terminal i have to type in the hole comand again. is there anyway to make smackbook work all the time?

Although you'd probably be better off with the more integrated solution in Leopard. You could modify smackbook to switch spaces, which would be much simpler. Wink

I followed all the steps on the cnet video: http://help.cnet.com/macbook/9602-12576_39-0.html?messageID=2505087&tag=tip-2505087&kw=macbook. everything happened that should have happened but it still doesnt work. i am using the new black macbook. can you use this one? someone please help

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you can turn a MacBook into a SmackBook because it doesn't have the sudden motion sensor technology, I believe it's only part of the MacBook Pro.

In other words, you need a MacBook Pro, that's your problem.

(again correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not totally sure)

I have a feeling that it doesnt work on leoparddue to some major windowserver architectural changes in that release.
