This was going around a while ago actually. By the way, that guy refers to the really old operating system, the new one is completely different and the most stable in the world.

I have 3 friends who are obsessed with the ibook/powerbook...Others are all window users...But I am getting a apple either way. The look awesome!

I just thought I would show you the video...

One reason I want Mac OS X is because of how stable it is.

I am sure once I start using it Windows will look horrible.

I bashed my father for 4 years telling him that my PC was better. I have an iBook now, and went 2 months without turning it on. What a waste of $3000. I'm slowly going back and playing games now. Everything else. My iBook. You'll never regret it.

I think he meant he went 2 months without turning on the PC, and used only the ibook.

Now that made me laugh....mostly cause it was right...about the idiot part I mean.

The sad part is, most of what he's saying doesn't even apply to OS9. Like programs shutting down your computer? What the hell is that? Not to mention shutting down the computer itself was both a faster and easier process than Windows could provide.

I found the website of the place where he works (long time ago) and they said that he really does love mac's but had been having a bad week with the one he was using. It was really funny because they actually said at the end of it. We really love macs.

The whole part about the update manager is completely on target. thing bugs the hell out of me.

You can just turn it off, though.

Um, do you realise quite how old that is? The guy's talking about eith System 6 or 7, half of the the stuff he mentions there was fixed in one of the versions of 7, or in 8. Especially the thing about files not being copied when you drag them off a floppy, that really pisses me off... when I'm using my Plus or my Classic. Yup, you have to go that far back before that becomes a problem.

I hear urinating helps.
In fact, I can't think of any situation where it doesn't.
