Since I seem to be locking an increasing number of threads, here are some guidelines on the Art boards. Never thought I'd have to write these up, figured an art forum was fairly self-explanatory, but here goes:

- The boards are for your art. Usually, your RECENT art. As such, the "post your most recent art" thread is more or less pointless; the boards already exist for that purpose.

- Keep threads separate; if you have art to post, put it in your own thread, not halfway down someone else's. That said, if you make revisions, keep them within your pre-existing thread for that piece. You guys've been really good about this.

- Not everyone here is as good or as perfect as you, or as wonderful as you feel you are. Take this into consideration. People are here to post their art and get c&c (comments & crit) to improve.

- Constructive criticism only. No flaming.

- You may not post a link to your webcomic here saying "SO I HAVE A COMIC READ IT PLEASE!!" What you may do, however, is post a specific strip or two, pinup art, etc. and say "hey I've created these, c&c please?" especially if you want specific help on an image, CG'ing technique, lineart, etc.

- Here, as the rest of the boards, no backseat modding. Just PM me or Hawk or someone if you think a user is out of line. We're pretty reasonable people, we'll listen to ya.

- Have fun, learn some things about drawing, and enjoy the art. Smiley

If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.

So, what if we had a "never ending story" type of comic art contest

I draw a scene, next poster draws a scene continuing story, etc. It doesn't even have to be good art, it can be stick figures, but you have to continue the story.

Is that a legal? Has it been done already?
