When I tried to convince a hardcore Windows fan (ICT-person, I really don't know why he thinks Windows is the best OS around) he told me too that a colleague of him has bought an iPod and it had frozen that day twice already! "So far Mac OS X" he said

I thought: damn but told him the iPod isn't running Mac OS X.

Nevertheless, it shouldn't freeze. How can I convert people if this things are happening??? Sad

Talse, here's an article that shows how to use the iPod's self diagnostic mode. You can check your HD for errors and other stuff. It should help find out and resolve what ever problems you may have. Oh and good luck!
