I finnally got tired of playin MMORPGS that you have to pay to play. I'm going to get Never Winter Nights and Morrowind pretty soon and wanted to know what people honestly thought about them.

Right, but I think Neverwinter Nights is on gamespy, which I hate with a passion. Gamespy is so horrid when it comes to acting as a server. Although, string is a fun game.

The best part of morrowind is that Bethesda gives you the construction set, alowing you to do what you want to the game. I love that feature and the huge number of mods that are around some are small, add a creature here and there, others are like a complete game overhaul. If you know what to do, that game gets boring very slowly.

Morrowind, i think I was hooked on that game for months when it first came out. It's fun, very long and as RandomCrackHead said there many many mods to be found that add cool features and even quests to the game. Neverwinter nights is pretty good too although I'd recommend the Baldur's Gate series instead, its old and the graphics arent awsome, but the game is a lot of fun.

Never played mirrowind so i can't say i knwo much about it, but nwn is definately worth a play. my fav RPG is secret of mana despite it being on the snes i thinkit's one of the best games lol...

Neverwinter night rocks simply due to its customization level =P

They are worth it due to their expandability.
Wonder when Ian (of Machall) is going to release his mog mod

If you have to pick 1 between morrowind and neverwinter, i'd say morrowind, and try to get the expansion for it as well.

Morrowind will keep you busy for a while, with all the sidequests and customization. Not as in mods, but making all your own potions and weapon enchantments. Oh, and near-complete open-endedness is cool, too.

well the platinum edition? of nwn well the one with all the expansions and original version is only like 60 bucks... so u could almost afford to get both 120 roughly... but those are by no means exact prices..
