Hello everyone,

The Sims 3 has been out a while now and I have noticed that there isnt a topic about it so I decided I would start one!

   Thanks,

It would help if you gave your opinion of it, creating a new topic through the use of the feature in the forums and "starting a topic" are different things.

If you wanna start it, then start it by saying something about the game, what you like and don't like, whatever ... instead of just creating the thread.

As for me, I haven't played, haven't played the other Sims games, have only watched others play, not really my sort of game /shrug.

My younger sisters play, but I've not done it myself.  They played it nearly non-stop for the first month, but then moved on to other things.  They spent most of their time designing houses and not actually "playing" it though.

I play the Sims for the character creation and the house creation parts... everything else is needless micro-managing in my mind.  That said I'm going to be using cheat codes the minute I get it for my mac.

You'll need a fairly powerful one to run this Cider port with reasonable quality settings. My 2.4GHz iMac with HD 2600 can barely manage smooth framerates at near-minimal quality.
I suspect it would run smoother on the XP partition.
