Color Issues on Mac

Hello, lately I've been having trouble with Adobe CS3. The problem is that the colors aren't exactly right or accurate to my output. Normally, I would just use the ColorSync Utility but I can't even open it! So now I'm at an impasse. Does anyone have any suggestions?
