My roommate Tim has two extra mattresses from home, so there is one there, and one under my bed (i have the bottom bunk).  I don't care, so I didn't ask.  They aren't in the way.

my menu items from right to left:
current user
time
menumeters: cpu load (user, system); network traffic
DeskShade Plus (cover, lock desktop, play movies as desktop background)
everything else  until the finder menu is butler,with the search function set to versiontracker.

Thanks for the info Adramelech. I've never seen menumeters before. It's a very handly little preference indeed. I'd heard of Butler as well, but never tried it before. I'll have to fiddle with it a bit now.

Mmmm...my desktop changes kinda constantly :? but...I reackon a better thread would be to post the wallpapers...not so much the desktops  :shock:

My desktop. The OS is Win XP but I prefer the old style more than the new "round" one. The background is from 2Advanced.com.
