According to my atlas its the Midwest. It definitely can't be considered West Coast nor is it the Southwest. Either way I still don't know of the cons in the vicinity except for Blizzcon which is like an 10 hour drive to Anaheim.

Utah is in the mountainous areas of the west...

Midwest is a bunch of flat land used for CORN AND MORE CORN and other crops...
