I’ve been a long time reader and really love the comic. I don’t even pretend that I can draw as well as you, but I do have to admit that while I can appreciate the new style, it’s not as aesthetically pleasing to me as the previous. That being said, it’s still a great comic and I hope you guys continue entertain us readers for years to come.
It’s a win or miss with my art I guess.
New style? I agree with Jen. You’re still a great drawer, but I liked the older styles best. Particularly the one you employed for the majority of the comic, the anime-ish one. But I’m cool with it because when your creative side calls out, you pick up the phone and accept the collect charges.
Oh so it was Hawks work. I thought it was a guest artist. Even the short is different. Well give it 6 months and the style may change again.

Natural selection in action…. Classic. Activities such as that are typically preceeded by the phrase, “Hey, hold my beer while I do this thingy…”
