EDIT: Do you guys have any favorite episodes? I’ve listened to a little less than a hundred, so I’m always looking for recommendations.

Man, I watched the hell out of this show when I was a kid! It’s one of the reasons I took so well to the library when my Mom took us there during summers. I hope they don’t replace it with Video Game Rainbow …

Phew, the comic is done and up. I got really sick on Friday and wasn’t 100% back to health over the weekend. However, I was determined to finish the comic.

Gayatri Devi recently passed away! Who was she? She was the Maharani (Princess) of Jaipur, the city where my parents both came from. Following India’s independence and the change in government from princely states to a democracy, she became an incredibly successful politician with the biggest landslide victory in the world (192,909 votes out of 246,516 cast). The reason I found her so interesting was the contrast in her personality – royalty, and widely considered to be one of the most classically beautiful women in India in her youth, but also a tomboy who learned riding, spent a lot of time with servants, and did a lot of big game hunting. She personally hunted and killed 27 tigers! Damn.

New AG comic is up. I will post the color version later. It is somewhat hard to do with the ramadan schedule. The first week of ramadan is almost over, of course the first couple of days are the hardest. After that, it’s pretty much smooth sailing.
Oh yeah, if you missed my twitter tweet yesterday, Dark Horse sent me an advance copy of AG Vol 2! I’ll be taking better pictures later.
