I don't think anyone really cares either. Just putting that out there. Also it's a robot constructed of mad science, these things rarely stay the shape they were originally designed to take, especially once activated.

No body seems to have noticed in "Issue 523 - Miscalculation" the shadow being casted by the robot has a SQUARE head. Then in the last 2 issues the head is now round. ^_^

The first thing I thought was "I'Robot" and by that I mean the robots described in the book. Not the movie. Old Macs robody has a nice old school scifi feel.

the current design reminds me of the Goliath robots from Laputa (a Miyazaki anime), though I couldn't quite say why...

... maybe I'm mixing the look with the armored suits in Nausicaa, but its definitely very Ghibli in look.

This design is really neat. I like the Krang idea... but that's not what comes to mind. He reminds me of an old Captain America villian called Arnim Zola.

I didn't notice till I saw the sketch, but as soon as I saw it my mind said, "Krang."

Heck, all we need now are Bebop & Rocksteady.
New style is awesome.
Hey when are you gonna do another Ustream D-rawing?
(missed the venom & got there late for Deadpool)
