This is a message to all Megatokyo Readers:

We would like to apologize for stealing Fred away from his comic-making duty. He’s a great friend of ours, he has been there for us since the beginning, and so we thought he would be the best person to ask to write the foreword for the AG Vol 1 book. Even though he’s a very busy man, with a family, store, and comic, he didn’t hesitate to say yes.

Fred didn’t just write a normal foreword, he went above and beyond by including artwork with it.

So thank you Fred! We really appreciate it.

Hey guys! This is our first year skipping Magfest, but I’ve been asked to pass along that this is the last week you can reserve your rooms at the hotel. If you’re ready for a 4-day orgy of pixels, then this is the convention for you!

Naw, I didn’t mispell it … the new Johnny Wander is about something the ladies might remember from when they were growing up. Although I’m not one to discriminate – guys, maybe you remember it too. If you scroll past the comic, we’ve got some grainy phone-camera shots of the actual game. I think Yuko managed to capture it’s essence (only she made it appear more exciting. Such is the magic of comics!).

Been meaning to mention, Threadless is having a wacky sale this year … they’re doing their usual $15 tees, but they’ve also got a lot (A LOT) at $10 and $5. Some of the $5 ones are greats and classics, so if you’re looking to get your Christmas shopping done on the cheap, it seems like a good place to look this year. Check it out!

Belatedly, but Happy Thanksgiving guys! Hope you enjoyed the T-day comic, I know I did! Alright, so, quite a few things to say! I’ll list them:

1. ON DECEMBER 3RD: 8 page Applegeeks story over at Darkhorse Presents!! We’re super excited about this one … this is what Hawk was slaving over a couple of weeks ago. I think you’ll like it. ;)

2. For those of you that missed it last week, Johnny Wander updates Tuesday + Thursday! It’s a comic outing by Yuko Ota and myself, and conveniently fills the Tuesday lull over here at Applegeeks. Thursday you get a double whammy of content from both sites!

3. We’ve updated the sidebar! You can snag my Twitter if you feel so inclined. :D I am social there.

New AG Lite is up.

As you know, I have a Nikon D90, which takes photos and videos. When I was buying the camera, I felt kind of bad for spending so much money on a camera. Then I heard about the Nikon D3X and the price…. $8,000… yeah I don’t feel bad anymore.
