Miss Monster is a supremely talented professional illustrator, designer and costumer who wants to work for YOU! She’s open for commissions, clothing design, and original merchandise right now.
I actually own two of her t-shirts (the Monster Crest and Animal Hat designs) and I’ve commissioned her for a piece for one of Yuko’s past birthdays (it came out beautifully). She’s one of my personal favorite illustrators and designers – she’s able to use themes of the fantastic and totally wrap them in a modern, contemporary, urban sensibility. If you guys have seen me at cons, you’ve seen me wearing the shirts around. ;) But don’t take my word for it – go ahead and look at her resume running a mile long on the front page there. And while you’re at it, check out her costuming work – she’s terrorizing a bunch of schoolkids here and taking a walk in her werewolf costume here. It’s a little tough to see in the second video there, but the mechanics of that costume are nuts.
If you’re interested in commissioning her for a piece (and you can see examples of her illustration and commissioned work on her website) or for some original merchandise, etc. then go ahead and drop her a line at missmonster AT g mail dot com. Her rates are EXCEEDINGLY reasonable, so don’t be shy to go ahead and just ask … she’s super super friendly. Happy monstering! ;)

Eee, Miss Monster! 8D
She’s my favorite!
YAY! Thank you for the pluggity-plug!
hey miss monster, you owe me some Comic Con Bus ferret pictures. Did you lose my email or something?
Bus Ferret.
That (goat?) demon costume looks unbelievably real. Too bad that the original helm got stolen. It would have been awesome for this year’s Halloween.
Holy cow! Those are awesome costumes. What made those videos better was the fact that I’m watching Angel and I’m on the menu screen and it’s got this creepy music playing and it synced(sp?) so well with the videos, lofl!
Ananth, just wanted to express how impressed I am with your abil8ity to tell a story. Great Job.
Really good costume work, but I also love the illustrations. Full of character and personality. I must say the video Ananth posted of your Werewolf costume made me jump at the end. Should have seen that coming the way the music was building up. Very cool.
Mm… Melly.. haven’t seen her in years…
HEY BUS FERRET! Sorry i forgot to send those pics..will go look for ‘em :D
