Yeah, that exclusivity is part of what made the iPhone and the iPod touch possible (those two have to be related)… just wait for it to expire (or buy one from a country that doesn’t allow such exclusivity).

No can do on that one, I’m afraid. The iPhone as a whole was made exclusive for about 5 years so that Apple could have the liberty it needed to develop the product.
