I heard somewhere that one of her earlier artists starting increasing her boob size in every issue as a joke until someone noticed and made him stop. After that, it was a part of her character.
It’s called character development. Although you will never find any male superheroes developing that way.

Actually, that’s completely true. It was just a joke at first, for the artist, to see how far he could go before someone upstairs noticed. As is obvious, it got quite far before gratuitous cleavage warning bells started going off somewhere.

Yes, I have to agree that the artist did a fine job on the artistic styling of the face. Very classically drawn with sharp features.

That’s from the current JSA run. Don’t remember the exact issue, though. It was most likely part of last year’s JSA/JLA Lightning Saga crossover. The JSA issues were excellent, but the JLA issues were god-awful.
Looks like Frank Cho’s work. He’s awesome with babes. Babes and gorillas fighting dinosaurs.
Agreed, Cho is awesome with babes. But this doesn’t carry his signature style (which is hard to describe). It’s not his.
