Let’s get the obvious questions out of the way…

Do you sketch in pencil first?

Where can I get one?

:)

Reminds me of those little diaries you see in treasure hunting movies with all the cryptic notes and sketches of secret symbols and ancient creatures. Pretty neat.

Nice find. = )

I have to ask, how is the paper quality and how quick is the dry time on the inks?

Where’d you get that? I’ve been looking for something similar as long as I can remember!

I’ve picked up many a leather-bound journal at Barnes and Noble. Nice stuffs. Though I don’t sketch anymore. Just write. But I do write in ink and I find that the paper in my current journal drinks up ink nicely. The tooth is decent, not the super smooth stuff. Hope this helps.

Indeed, it does. Thanks! = )

The last couple of sketchbooks I have received have been iffy at best when it comes to quality. I think I’m going to look into this a bit further.
