Is it just me or does it look like Eve is in kindergarten? Eve surrounded by 5 year olds, what potential for comic events!

By the looks of it, she’s in some sort of Kindergarten or Grade III class. This “android going to school” part kind of reminds me of Ping in certain aspects. But, unlike MT, here Hawk wants her to go to school, rather than having Eve going to school without permission. Can’t wait to see the next comic tomorrow.

I don’t know what to say about this storyline, other than it sucks. What the hell are you doing? You had something great going with the Jayce and his father and now this bullshit in which Eve goes to school? Hell, you could have even lengthened the body swap storyline instead of this. This is PATHETIC.
Tell you what, why don’t you just stick to Applegeeks lite? Any story requiring more than three seconds thought is obviously too much for you and Ananth to handle.
It is my belief that the current storyline is great and yes Hawk did have something good going with Jayce and his father. Also, What the hell have you done that’s so great, that you feel that your entitled to call Hawk and Ananth Pathetic?

I don’t expect everyone to like every storyline we do. That’s just how it is. And if a lot of people disliked a storyline, then eh - that sucks. I’ll chalk it up to experience and move on. But …
Two comics in and you’re telling me this “storyline” sucks? You don’t seem good at at reading comics, what makes you think I’m going to listen to your advice on writing them?
I don’t really want to get into an internet shouting match and trade insults because it’s a colossal waste of time. I’m going to tell you what I know for sure, and you can decide for yourself whether Applegeeks is worth your time - there’s certainly going to be no hard feelings on our end. This isn’t me being anything other than open about things, so here goes: Nothing is going to change. I have an over-arching idea, and this is the seed of it. Eve going to school isn’t going to be a storyline in and of itself - it just means that we’re occasionally going to see her in a COLLEGE classroom. It’s another setting to explore the character - she’s going to be in college for a while. I can’t and won’t say more than that because if I tell you guys what happens, there’s no point in writing it.
Anyway, hope that helps you make a decision one way or other other! I’ve got a lot of work to do, so I’d better get back to it.

Besides, its Hawk’s and Ananth’s comic. They can do whatever the hell they want with it. Period. =3
Also, character development is important. If you just revolve around action, characters become stale and repeatitive (Excluding Hawk of course =p)
Why don’t you calm down and have your self a gingerale there Mr. Jones. You’re actually getting bitter and angry about the story arcs of a WEB COMIC.
I think Applegeeks is more centered on characters than storylines anyway. Part of its charm, to me, is the parts where no story is going on, just the characters being themselves and being believable. Eve is going to school; do you expect action and adventure and shenanigans? I expect no more than Eve going to school.
