I get where you’re going with this, but Mac Daddy looks more like a Pimp Daddy.

I think it’s awesome, although the u-shape in the hat keeps throwing me for a loop when I look at it. That, and pimp hats are more badass when they’re purple with leopard skin fur. :P
(And to truly showcase my nerdom, the leopard skin would harken to the modern day OS’es. Just a thought.)
Sorry, but I gotta agree. To me, the ‘U’ shape makes the hat look something like a doll cutout that’s been poorly aligned on its model. If you want to continue with this design idea, I’d give a shot at using a hat with a bottom-up angle on it so you can still see the mac’s “face,” but have a whole brim.
Also, I’m not crazy about the combination of fonts, they don’t seem to mesh very well. Are you “allowed” to use serif and sans serif fonts together? I’ve forgotten…
As a schmuck who works on Macs for a livin’, I’d buy it AND wear it to work. :D

I think the idea is a great one, especially with the old school Mac.
I agree that the “u” cutout makes it look like clipart that was positioned on top.
Otherwise, I like the colors and design. The hat just needs a full brim.

this ain’t my kinda shirt. like people said, it looks like it could easily be made on MS paint and publisher. on a *P* *C*.
isnt the simple “lol paste p1mp h4t” style totally counter to the whole reason anyone would ever buy a mac (besides the much nicer OS which you can easy boot on windows) the superior graphic abilities and potential to use them to create great art?

A different combo of fonts, p’haps? Also, a bottom-to-top viewpoint might work better and get rid of that “u” cut in the brim.

I like it, but no Apple symbol in there? Apple instead of the smiley face? Even though it’s old-skool Macs, I think it’d be more recognizable with the Apple. Smiley Mac version for the Mac-Nerds. :-P
