wow. Coloring these takes a while I take it?
Prolly why I don’t color mine. Black and white’s easier, and if done right (like AGL) it’s pretty good.
To the incoming bashing on my comic: bite me. I work with a lead pencil and a 4 dollar note pad.
It does take awhile! Hawk works pretty hard on these, and the coloring really is pretty sweet. Even though he knows photoshop in and out, it still takes actual time to do all those tricks of wonder!
As to the bashing - I don’t know why anyone would take your comment as an open invitation to critique your art. Unless they were somehow spurred on by the preemptive ‘bite me’.
Heh. Yeah, I tried coloring my first few. That didn’t go well. Fuck you, Microsoft Paint! (thought occurs: is cursing allowed on these comments?)
As for the reply to the bashing part: You’d be surprised. :p. Also, I just felt like saying something relatively sarcastic… It’s 1 AM, and I needed something funny(ish) to keep me awake.
Well, try other apps. Really, ditch paint. Gimp, Krita, and Paint.net are all good free programs that blow paint out of the water.
Also, agreed. You work your ass off on the comic, Hawk, and people understand if it isnt 100% done on time.
Don’t over-do it. We wouldn’t mind waiting a little longer if we had to.

Gotta agree with Hayden there. If you’re tired, just hit the hay. There’s no need to push youself. Sides, if you rush a job, it might not come out well. Better to do a job right than a job fast.
aye.. colored or not.. your stuff always comes out as 5-Star material! I believe Hayden spoke best for us all.
Have you two ever considered working up a buffer for your comics? It’s alot of work, but worth it when you’re sick, tired, busy, etc.. Then you could still put a comic up.
