If your merchant service charges you for fraud, change services there are plenty that do not.
You know that paypal doesn’t force you to sign up to pay for something (unless you’re buying on ebay). For ages I’d choose not to log on to my paypal account and just enter in my credit card details each time paypal was the billing merchant. With their RSA-like keys now, I’m cool to sign in to my account once more.
if really want to know why he doesn’t take international credit cards. here it is…
fred never taken international credit cards before. he doesn’t because of fraud, too much of it. And when you get hit with fraudulant purchases, the retailer (megagear) get stuck with the bill. So to protect themselves (fred and sarah) AND their customers, they dont take internal credit cards.
I’m going to leave it at that.
