We’re back from Katsucon and very tired. As usual, I wasn’t able to work on Monday comic over the weekend so we’re pushing it for Thursday.

I think the fat cupid may be obscure reference to the controversy that a new Spiderman’s comic book series accidentally show Peter Parker’s peter. The corrected version has that detail obscured and some sites show the picture cut off at the waist.

No the fat shirtless man was indeed at Katsucon i was there and saw him in all his creepy glory. Mad props to Hawk who’s sweet art got the highest bid at the charity auction. Oh and thanks for signing my bandanna guys you are truly heroes.

at Otakon, there’s been a particularly hairy leg/chest “Misty” from Pokemon every year for a while now. It’s kinda scary, actually.
Holy Crap! Was it Bubba?
Starting at AnimeCentral 2 Bubba Moon (the name given to a particularly weighty and hairy Sailor Moon crosplayer who was about 6′6″ tall) has been to cons all over the country. He may have started earlier than that, but that’s the first my friends and I saw of him.
He later started dressing up in Spandex as Lime from Saber Marrionette J and was affectionately referred to as “Bubba Lime”.
Perhaps now we are to call him “Bubba Misty”. *_*
Oh dear. I suddenly feel very sorry for you two.
And at the same time, I feel an overwhelming urge to go to a Con, and see the not-so-elusive cross-dressing fatass cosplayer. :p

I have no Katsucon comment because I live way down here in Tx and don’t have a job that will ever supply the funds to go beyond its borders for a con…but I have a question about issue 343…Azumi says “sayonara”, but is she doing the Chinese gesture? Granted, I’m limited with my Japanese/Chinese culture knowledge…Just curious.
