One thing I’ve always wondered but have yet to actually try out is, does starting in blue pencil (drafting pencil?) really work when scanning? Like does it really not pick up the blue? Or does it require some tweaking because it’s rather surprising to see how sharp the working image looks once scanned.
everything was done on the computer. sketch and ink was done in sketchbook pro and coloring was done in photoshop.
Ahh, thanks for explaining the process Hawk. :) I need to get with the times I guess, I still start out on paper 75% of the time.
I still draw AG comics on paper, ink it and then scan it.
Does that process make it any easier? Or is it a matter of quality? Sorry to be a bother, I’m just interested in any way I can help improve my sketches.
if i want alot details in my work, i go straight to pencil and paper. if i want something quick and simple, i do it directly on the computer.

no, for windows too. it was made for tablet pcs.
