Flight was delayed, but finally arrived at Troy, NY around 11:30pm. Holy fuck it’s cold!

The plane trip was very interesting. Right before we took off, the pilot came on the intercom and told us the reason why the flight was delayed….”there was a mechanical problem with previous flights but everything is cool now.”

“Why is Seaspray holding Hawk?”

“Ohh… it’s Optimus Prime. That makes more sense.”

4, now is that c or f?

As for the flight… You don’t TELL PEOPLE there where issues with the big metal rock that flys that your about to take a ride on! You just don’t do that. On top of that, though it may seem kinda nifty sometimes, under thoses conditions I don’t wanna think about the pilot being a “groovy guy”… Was it his last day or something?

Well, ’round my parts (Winnipeg, MB, Canada) there’s at least one day a year we get -50°F. That’s before windchill, or ‘feels like’ temperatures. Damn central climate… We’re amlost on the US boarder dammit! We should leech the warm!

Luckily this year it’s been pretty mild on average, so my bitching is pretty weak :P

Yeah, I must agree. Comming from interior Alaska it has been a rather mild winter. Only dropping down to (-40)°F-(-30)°F for a week or two. I am still hoping with Feburary that the temp may drop down to at least (-50)°F but that is probably just wishful thinking.

Are you Hawk you didn’t cause the delay? It sounds like something he might do just to have a time to go to the bathroom or get some icecream. LOL ;P
