Yo. 80GB black iPod, to replace my old 3rd-gen 40GB model. Mostly because the ear-buds were breaking, and so that I can use the old firewire 40GB model as an extra hard drive. :)

i wish i got a mac for Christx, i did however had a 1 in 40 chance in getting a wii, that didn’t work out either

I got an iPod Nano 2GB - which is perfect for me. I don’t need too much music, especially since I try to use it for running, etc.

I got a 4GB ipod nano. Its silver… i like silver. I checked my music folder and i found that i don’t even have more than 4GB of music! Quick i need more! iTunes is really hard for me to get through. it seems very confusing….

I got a gift card for my dad so he can get an iPod, but I didn’t get one my self (I already have a Mac and an iPod :D)

15″ Macbook Pro, 2.33Ghz, 3GB memory. >.> I somehow swindled my way into getting this even though I still have a perfectly good 15″ Powerbook G4… but I must have the super-speediness of CS3!

Well, it’s not a brand new Mac, but it’s certainly good enough. My brother got a laptop for college a while ago, so I’ve been using the desktop he left home. For Christmas, he gave me a card saying it was all mine. Needless to say this made me SQUEE. It’s a 20in iMac with 2 GHz Intel Core Duo processor, 2 GB of memory… losta goodness. Plus all of the games and everything that’s been on it for the past year or so that we’ve had it. *hearts*

I didn’t get one, but my brother was sure showing off all the videos he had downloaded to his ipod all weekend. But, no ipod for me yet, although, my bro did hook me up with a 2gig memory stick for my PSP, so it kind of doubles as a ipod nano now, which is nice.

Long time reader, first-time commentator. I got a 2GB iPod shuffle for christmas, but that as well as my new 1GB Lexar JumpDrive seem to freeze up my computer upon plugging them in, but my Canon PowerShot A520 and my old 64MB nexXtech MP3 player, however, does work.

I got told I could spend 3 grand on a macbook of some sort so I am looking into a nice 15 inch macbook pro ^^ any suggestions are appreciated :D

i bought my folks a 4gb ipod nano for christmas. they are buying me a macbook this week for a christmas present. i would have gotten it before christmas but the store was out of stock on the model i wanted.

No Apple goodness this year, but my wife and I, totally without discussing it in advance, got iPods for each other last Christmas: she got me a 60gig black one, and I got her a white 4gig Nano (which she replaced a few months later with a 60gig full size).

And I’m currently about 2/3 of the way to saving the $3k+ I need for a new Mac Pro. I figure by the end of January, maybe February, I’ll have it all. Then my fall to the Mac Side shall be complete. I’ve never been overfond of Windows, but I like my games (even if I’m not hardcore), so I’ve always stayed away from owning one. That, and they do cost a good deal more. But now that Intel cores and BootCamp has come along, I have no reason to avoid it any longer. I’ll just keep XP on there for the handful of things I actually would need it for, and the rest of the time stick with OSX. Sadly, I’ll still be on Windows at work, and when I use my TabletPC (Apple doesn’t make one, so I couldn’t get one if I wanted to :-( Still waiting for that prototype touch-screen tech that was released a while back to make it into a product of theirs).

I didn’t get a macbook pro like I want but I did get parts for my Linux based DVR. :-) That’s how you fill up a 80g ipod btw :-D Also how you fill up a 500gb harddrive.
