My eyes are getting blurry and I’m falling asleep. I’ll finish coloring the comic in the morning.

So the Youtube site has really been bringing me some amusement the past few days. Besides being able to look up theme songs to some of the kids’ shows I grew up watching, it’s got some other stuff that’s pretty hilarious.

MySpace: The Movie … this is basically a movie poking fun at some of the stereotypes and quirks of MySpace. I find it to be highly, hilariously (and perhaps a bit sadly) accurate.

Brokeback to the Future … quoted from the trailer, “It was an experiment in time … but the one variable they forgot … was love”

A very special interpretation of that one Fallout Boy song … possibly NSFW

Also, Brian Carroll of Instant Classic has opened up a site for his film endeavours called Lobsterback. Brian’s webcomic revolves around film, but before he’s a a webcomicker, he’s a filmmaker, and before he’s a filmmaker, he’s a storyteller. On the site, you’ll find a short faux movie trailer he made for one of his classes, titled Spiderbite Reservoir. Very cool! Can’t wait to see some of the other work listed on the site.

I’m sure a lot of you heard about the rumors of an Apple tablet with gestures. At first I thought, “eh, another rumor” but then I saw this…. the Multi-Touch Interaction Research.

I want one! >.
Their server is getting hit pretty hard, so it might take a minute or two to load up. If you do manage to get in, you have to check out the video.

Here’s a snip from the website if you can’t get in..

“While touch sensing is commonplace for single points of contact, multi-touch sensing enables a user to interact with a system with more than one finger at a time, as in chording and bi-manual operations. Such sensing devices are inherently also able to accommodate multiple users simultaneously, which is especially useful for larger interaction scenarios such as interactive walls and tabletops.”
