If we continue to appease these America-haters, then soon an army of terrorist fist-jabbers, led by Rachel Ray in a keffiyeh, will rise from their secret base at Dunkin' Donuts headquarters and try and take over the government! But don't worry patriots! You can stop the madness by mandating that good old American handshakes (example here) initiate all friendly encounters.
