I’m sorry, I wasn’t able to finish the comic. Hell, I wasn’t able to finish the drawing. Ananth and I have a morning flight to Connecticut, so we need to pack up and get some sleep.

Ananth and I will be at ConnectiCon this Friday to Sunday. Here is our schedule of appearance…

Friday
10am to 11am- Opening Ceremonies (Main Events)
6pm to 8pm- Uber Web Comic Panel (Main Events)

Saturday
4pm to 5pm- WCC: Web Comic Artist/Writer Auction (Main Events)
7:30pm to 8:30pm- Meet and Greet: AppleGeeks (Panel 1)

Sunday
5p.m. to 6p.m. Closing Ceremonies (Main Events)

If you’re planning to come to our Greet and Meet: Applegeeks panel, bring some questions with you. Or I will just sit there and stare at you until you feel uncomfortable and walk away.

See you there.

From the “How to Draw” book by Jim Lee, Michael Turner, George Perez, Joe Kubert, etc….

“Stop watching and mimicking Japanese anime. Pokemon won’t get you a job at Marvel or DC. They see too much of that!” -Alex Maleev, Daredevil

(Note I’m talking about the OVERALL LOOK OF IT)

Please tell me this is a joke and this NOT the next Windows OS

If this is true, this only proves Microsoft’s designers are nothing but hacks.

I don’t see any innovation at all…. ooo transparency! Look at that, they made transparency with a little blur. We wonder why it’s taking them so long to release the next Windows…well there’s your answer, all this time they were trying to put transparencey and blur…oh and shiney bars into the crappy ass, piece of shit OS.

Ananth: i think the bigger thing about this OS is that it’s supposed to be more secure
Hawk: yeah they added a zipper to the OS box
Josh: with broken teeth
Hawk: lol
Josh: that gets stuck and operates similarly to that scene in “there’s something about mary”

If you’re interested in seeing the sketch for Issue 205, you can find it here.

Here’s something really interesting. The list of fictional robots and androids on Wikipedia, under Computers and Video Games, you will find….EVE!

“Eve, recently created android from AppleGeeks. Built using Apple_Macintosh Parts”

Ping from Megatokyo is on the list as well.

“Ping-chan, the PlayStation 2 accessory robot-girl from MegaTokyo”

I think that’s really cool.

I recently ordered two shirts from Threadless.com. It’s a website/community that revolves around t-shirt design. Users can submit their own designs, and then they get rated by fellow users. The best-liked designs eventually get printed, and the result is some very fresh, well-designed tees. There’s all kinds of shirts to appeal to all kinds of people. In addition Threadless runs themed competitions for the best design to illustrate an idea, band, etc. – these are usually sponsored competitions. The current ones are for The Used, Eisley, and Warped Tour, I think.

To see the currently stocked shirts, click here, and then use the top navigation to go to Shop, and then What’s in Stock? You can also browse retired designs (I’d recommend it! I want some of the retired designs pretty badly … ), and vote to have them brought back from the grave.

Issue 205 is up, I’ll rant after I get some sleep. In the mean time, here’s a close up of panel 1 and 2.
